Apartment A
In a house with 6 similar apartments the apartment A is located on the ground floor left, that is, you have to climb the stairs 6 steps.
It has an area of about 70 m². Behind the door, turn left into the kitchen. next to the kitchen on the left side of the corridor, the room 4 is one of about 13 m² floor area. Next to the room 4 followed separately bathroom and toilet as well as room 5 (11 m²). Behind the flats incomming door the largest room 6 is situated on the right opposite the kitchen. This room has its own covered balcony.
In the beginning of 2012 all the flat was completely renovated and furnished newly. The kitchen is fully epuipped.
In the basement below apartment B there are the laundry room, the laundry drying room and a storage room for bicycles.

Kitchen
The kitchen was completely renovated and equipped with new furniture. An under-sink storage tank provides hot water. There is a stove with ceramic hob and oven and a dishwasher. Food can be prepared in a flash in the microwave. Toaster and hot water pot are part of the equipment. The multi-stage adjustable cooker hood is connected to an exhaust duct. In addition, the old cast iron radiator has been replaced by a modern flat radiator. The roller shutter can be conveniently operated with electric drive. Sockets are available in sufficient quantity. The ceiling lamp has 4 halogen bulbs.
A 35-liter freezer compartment is separated from the rest of the refrigerator. In addition, a 60 x 60 cm deep/wide kitchen locker provides ample space for supplies. A small table with three chairs provides space for small meals.
The floor is covered with the same easy-care tiles as the hallway, bathroom and toilet.
Soon, the kitchen will be finished with large-format white wall tiles and lighting for the countertop under the upper cabinets. Then the kitchen radion will also be installed under the wall units.
There are also plans to replace the existing wooden door with a custom sliding glass door to the hallway at a later date.
Bathroom
The bathroom has undergone a fundamental renovation. The floor and walls were newly tiled, electric underfloor heating was installed under the floor tiles, which is controlled automatically. Instead of the bathtub, there is now a floor-level shower with glass walls. Modern fixtures guarantee a wonderful shower experience. The old cast iron radiator has been replaced by a tubular radiator on which towels can be placed to dry and warm up. A large shelf (80 x 202 cm) offers 6 open compartments for hygiene items and towels. The double-sided illuminated vanity mirror guarantees perfect styling. Wet hair is dried in no time with the permanently installed warm air blower. The vanity rests on a base cabinet with plenty of storage space. It has been repositioned so that the door to the bathroom now opens into the bathroom rather than out into the hallway. An electric exhaust fan ensures that moist air is extracted from the windowless bathroom. The room humidity determines the running time of the fan. Finally, 5 halogen spotlights were installed in the ceiling, bathing the entire bathroom in a warm white light.
Toilet
At the same time as the total renovation of the bathroom, the toilet (WC) was also completely redesigned. All electricity and water pipes were renewed, there is now hot and cold water at the new sink. An electric ventilation fan eliminates stale air. Under the new wall-hung toilet, the floor (new floor tiles) can be cleaned especially easily. The toilet lid has a soft-close feature; “banging lids” are a thing of the past. The walls were tiled room-high in white. Two storage shelves under the ceiling hold supplies of toilet paper and cleaning products. The natural stone slab above the built-in cistern enhances the entire space. 6 halogen spotlights bathe the room in soft, bright light.
A mirror and shelf are still to be installed.
