Apartment B
Apartment B is located in a house with 6 apartments on the first floor (mezzanine) on the right, which means that you have to climb 6 steps in the staircase.
It has an area of about 70 m². Behind the apartment door one goes right into the kitchen, to the left of the kitchen on the right side of the corridor is room 1 with about 13 m² floor space. To the left of room 1 follow separately bathroom and toilet and room 2. Behind the apartment door on the left is the largest room 3 opposite the kitchen. From this room you can reach the covered balcony.
All rooms are furnished, the kitchen is fully equipped. All windows have been renewed with thermal insulation windows and electrically operated shutters.
Directly under the apartment B is the laundry cellar, dry cellar and a storage room for bicycles.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped. It contains:
- a stove with ceramic hob
- an oven
- a microwave oven
- a dishwasher
- an espresso machine
- a toaster
- refrigerator with separate 3*** freezer compartment
- a sink
- a radio
- and various cupboards and open shelves.
At the square table on the chairs 3 people can take their meal together. The cooker hood works with recirculated air. It is still to be connected to the ventilation duct as an exhaust hood.
There are also enough dishes, cutlery, pots and bowls.
Bathroom
The bathroom was completely renovated. Thus, the old bathtub was replaced by a floor-level shower. The entire sanitary installation was renewed. Since no pictures have been taken yet, please look at the details of the bathroom in apartment 2. This bathroom was the first to be renovated. The bathroom in apartment 1 is basically identical to apartment 2.
The hot water is produced in an electric instantaneous water heater. In an open shelf there is enough space for towels and care products (soap, shower gel, deodorant, shaving foam, …). A modern, large washstand was installed. Since the bathroom has no window, a powerful electric fan ensures that warm, moist air is extracted from the bathroom.
Toilet
The toilet was renovated (tiled room-high white) and equipped with new sanitary components. Two shelves were installed under the ceiling, which can be used to store supplies (eg toilet paper, towels, …). There is hot and cold water at the hand wash basin. Above the sink is an illuminated mirror (50 x 70 cm).
