Apartment C
Apartment C is located in an apartment building with 6 apartments on the 1st floor on the right.
It has an area of about 70m². Behind the apartment door you go right into the kitchen, left of the kitchen on the right side of the hall is the room 7 with about 13m² floor space. To the left of room 7 there is a separate toilet and bathroom as well as room 8. Behind the apartment door on the left you reach room 9 opposite the kitchen. From this room you can reach the covered balcony with an additional sun protection (awning).
All rooms are furnished, the kitchen is fully equipped.
Laundry cellar, dry cellar and a storage room for bicycles are located in the basement directly under the apartment B.
The apartment has been extensively renovated. So in the hallway, kitchen, bathroom and toilet easy-care floor tiles were laid. The bathroom was extensively remodeled and equipped with room-high large white wall tiles. The old bathtub was replaced by a shower with floor drain, the old cast iron radiator was replaced by a modern radiator with transverse tubes on which towels can be dried. A modern base cabinet with plenty of storage space supports the washbasin, which was given a new place. This allowed for the installation of a new door frame with door that now no longer opens out into the hallway. A large open shelf provides plenty of storage for towels, personal care and cleaning supplies. Electric underfloor heating was installed under the floor tiles to provide a pleasant warmth to the floor. An illuminated vanity mirror supports professional styling. Two additional sockets can supply, for example, an electric hair dryer or electric razor. 5 halogen spotlights were installed in the new ceiling, bathing the entire bathroom in warm, bright light.
The toilet was also completely modernized. A suspended toilet with a built-in cistern, the floor-to-ceiling white wall tiles and a new triple halogen ceiling light give the room a friendly appearance.

The kitchen is fully equipped. It contains a stove with ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a refrigerator with integrated 3***freezer, sink, radio and various cupboards and open shelves. At the square table on the chairs 3 people can take their meals together. The cooker hood is connected to the ventilation duct as an exhaust hood.
There are also enough dishes, cutlery, pots and bowls.
